PM-WANI is a decentralized network model that leverages Public Data Office (PDO) systems to enable widespread connectivity. Here’s how it functions:

1. Public Data Office (PDO): Small businesses or individuals act as PDOs by providing last-mile connectivity.
2. PDO Aggregators (PDOA): They manage and support PDOs by handling authentication and billing services.
3. App Providers: Applications are developed to enable users to locate and connect to PM-WANI hotspots.
4. Central Registry: Maintains a repository of PDOs and PDOAs for efficient management.
